Earlier last year we photographed a beautiful wedding in Blackwood, South Wales, and the bride was also 5 weeks away from giving birth! So, naturally, we invited her to our studio when baby arrived for some beautiful newborn portraiture. Little Iestyn was a second baby, with big sister Lilly attending the shoot also, and both were an absolute delight to have around. We had recently acquired some new photo props in our studio, so now was the perfect time to give them a test run. We really love the colour olive (so much so, it's in the name of our business!) and an olive wrap and blanket seemed like a great choice - and we were right! The shade perfectly suited this little boy and the shades in the parents' home. Something we focus quite heavily on is ensuring our props are a shade that will compliment the home they're being displayed in. Many of our clients love the warmth and texture we create in our images, and the dreaminess of them. We got the studio nice and warm, got this little one off to sleep, and photographed away, and had a really great session!
